Been having trouble with my eating this week. I've been keeping active though.0

1) Track exercise and food intake - (I had my own app in my cp so I am not logging them in mfp. I am here for the community groups and challenges. I do log sometimes though just to know the calories for some of the foods I've eaten because this has bigger food database) Success
2) Exercise - (Walk/Run/Jessica Smith Walking Exercise) Success
3) Lower carb intake - (79g; normally 150) Success
4) Lower sugar intake - (21g; normally 45) Success
5) Eat slowly - Success
6) Only weigh in weekly - Success
I planned on not eating half of my exercise calories burned back but I get so hungry so I guess that's out of the question. I don't want to be so hungry that it might lead me to binging.0
