What activity level am I?
I'm on my feet for 4 hours Mon-Fri (2 hrs and a half are spent walking dogs and the rest I'm slowly walking around the dog park playing the dogs). I walk about 3-4 MPH and I'm at least doing 5 miles a day. Am I lightly active or moderately active?

Why would I still get hungry if...?
Okay so I've been wondering... If my caloric needs for one day is 2,500 cals, and in my breakfast I consume 2,500 cals, why would I still feel hungry later on in the day if I have given myself all the energy I need to sustain myself for the entire day?

Can't seem to lose inches off waist
So I've been eating roughly 1200-1400 calories everyday and my macros %s are 50% fat, 30% protein, and 20% carbs.
