Can't seem to lose inches off waist

So I've been eating roughly 1200-1400 calories everyday and my macros %s are 50% fat, 30% protein, and 20% carbs. I started at about 1600 calories since around February and I've been going down calories ever since and for the past couple of weeks I've been at 1200-1400. I can't seem to trim my waist. It's getting pretty aggravating. I do cardio and I strength-train. Any tips?

We can't choose where the fat is stored or lost on our bodies; that's determined by genetics. All we can do is keep trying to get our overall body fat percentage down to the point where the fat is reduced on our trouble areas. You've been at this for a couple of months, you'll just need to give it more time.
Looking at your profile, you're looking to only lose 4 pounds. What you really want to do is focus on body recomposition. If you haven't been weight lifting, start. Eat more, lift weights and lower your body fat percentage to get the results you want.0 -

I'm on my phone and olde and the avis are tiny so forgive me if my eyes are leading me astray but are you a man? No man should be eating 1200-1400 calories, either as a net or gross figure. Not even Bruno Mars. How'd you get that goal?0 -
why is a 19 year old male eating 1200 to 1400 calories a day???????
