Never enough Protein
Hi everyone, I never achieve or get close to my protein goal. I don't eat a lot of meat but if I do it seems to take my fat intake up not the protein. Hi everyone, I'm curious to hear if the 1kg loss per week on a 1200 calorie diet works for you? MFP has predicted I should eat 1200 calories a day to lose 1kg per week. 570 calories daily allowance!?
hey everyone, Since downloading the app to my new phone (previously used it 1+year) my daily allowance has gone from 1200cal to 570cal! How is this possible, surely that's not right? I'm confused. Anni
