570 calories daily allowance!?

hey everyone,

Since downloading the app to my new phone (previously used it 1+year) my daily allowance has gone from 1200cal to 570cal! How is this possible, surely that's not right?

I'm confused.

It isn't. There is a bug on the iPhone app that is giving people goals under 1200. You can go to the website and manually change it (using the link one of the admins, Rachel, posted here: community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10098647/extremely-low-calorie-goals#latest).

Not at all right. Even 1200 is probably too low - but people really seem to like that number.

Thanks so much for responding to let the OP know its a bug and to please go to the website to update your goals!
