Why is Slow Weight Loss Good?
Honestly, I have always been very lucky and have never really had to watch my weight. But these last couple of years, I really let myself go, so I am a bit new to this. My question is why is slow weight loss considered good? Why should I not try to lose more than 2lbs a week?

Feeling Disappointed - Gave up Pepsi
I used to drink about 4 20oz Pepsi's a day, if not more. I gave up Pepsi on February 1st and my stomach has not changed one bit. I was really hope to see my stomach go down from giving up the soda. I am going to continue to give up Pepsi for another month and I hope to see some positive changes.

Does anyone have a Personal Trainer?
I would love to hire a personal trainer and have someone teach me how to make healthy meals. I hate exercise.... so I know that part would be a little rough. I hate when it feels like my heart is going to explode and I can't catch my breath. Have you hired a personal trainer? Has it helped?

Recipe Apps - Terrible at Grocery Lists
I need some new healthy recipe ideas. Are there any good recipe apps that you can add on your phone that will provide healthy meals? I'm not one to write a grocery list because I am horrible at planning ahead. However, if I have a recipe on my phone, I can look at it and get the ingredients while I am at the store.
