I wish I could understand it. I weighed in at 203lbs daily for 6 days and then the 7th day I weighted 207 lbs. I don't get it.

Right now, I am just walking for exercise. Once the weather turns nicer and we get the trampoline put up, I would like to start using that.

I have to add that I drink coffee and tea, so I don't have any caffeine headaches.

I had to quit cold turkey. I'm on day 36 with pop. I tried to wean myself off, but I found it I drank one pop, then all I would do is drink pop the rest of the day, so cold turkey was best for me.

OK. Then I shouldn't hold myself to the show "Fit to Fat to Fit" and think that it would be realistic of me to lose 60 lbs in 4 months. I can cut myself some slack and change my settings to 1 pound a week.

It seems all my weight is in my stomach. I measure 42" around my waist. I am trying to be patient, right now I am mainly walking to build up myself to a higher level of exercise. My plan was to start jumping on the trampoline when we put it up in the spring.

Right now, I have started calorie counting and MFP has me at 1,200 calories. It's a lot harder than I thought it would be. It seems those numbers add up quickly.

I have made sure to replace my Pepsi with water. I have my coffee each day like I used to but not in place of the Pepsi. I am also aiming to walk an hour each day during my lunch, I haven't been able to due to the weather here in Michigan but I have done it at least 3 days a week.

I have been watching it and it amazes me to see the person lose the weight. However, it seems like the show focuses more on the trainer gaining weight, I would like to hear more about the struggles the trainer faces losing weight.

I weight myself every morning. However, I only log what the scale says each Monday and I measure my stomach weekly.

It really helped me lose weight during the 30 days that I was on them, but not only did I gain back the 20 lbs I lost, I gained an additional 30lbs on top of that within 3 months of taking the pills.

Thank you for the input! Our family is such an "instant food" family that I have not had to actually "meal plan" and buy ingredients in the past. We just pop it in the microwave and go! Therefore, I feel so overwhelmed right now to come up with meals.
