It's an awesome feeling to have others support and encourage you. There are some great people here!

Great question! I am always messing up my sugar goal. I like the above posters comments about switching it to track fiber. I am going to try that. I can't eliminate fruit because that is my low calorie food in the evening.

I gave up Pepsi at the beginning of this month, but I still have my coffee each day. I am doing my best at drinking water most of the day, but I can't live off just that. What I am doing is trying to focus on putting less sugar and creamer in my coffee each week to wean myself down. Also, I have substituted my evening…

I had to quit Pepsi cold turkey. I have no self control when it comes to pop. I gave it up on February 1, 2016, so it's only been 23 days. I am a little impatient because I have not seen any weight loss or change in my stomach since giving it up, but I just have to keep pushing forward.

I would love to encourage others and know others are there to support me.

I log it in before I eat. I know mine is not completely accurate because I don't have a food scale, but I try to log higher than what I think.

To go 30 days without drinking Pepsi.

My fitness pal plan has me set up at 1,390 calories per day, so I'm hoping if I stay under this that means I will lose weight.

I don't like to exercise either, so I have decided to start out with walking. Once the weather gets warmer, I hope to work my way up to swimming, jumping on the trampoline and roller blading. I believe the thing about exercise is finding something you enjoy doing. I don't believe you necessarily have to go to the gym and…

I have been there! Challenge yourself to be an overcomer! I was doing great last year and I let depression take over and now I am 30 lbs heavier than where I started last time. I made the decision to do it for myself. I don't want to punish myself anymore. You can do it! Don't let the job loss depress you but allow it to…

I was feeling this way about an hour ago, so I had a bowl of watermelon and that seems to have helped.

How do you add someone?

I'm 37 yrs old and I have allowed depression and stress to take their toll on me this last year and have gained 30 lbs. I am looking for a lifestyle change also. I have four kids at home and I want to be able to play sports with them and have fun. My goal is to lose 60lbs in the next year. I would love a great support…

Congratulations! That is awesome! I am trying to give up soda. I haven't had one since February 1st. I'm not seeing much weight loss yet, but hoping it's because my body is trying to adjust from not having anymore soda.

I used to drink up to a 2liter a day of Pepsi. I gave it up on February 1st. I drink coffee a couple times a day and I feel this is a better choice for me because I can control how much sugar I put in my coffee. I can't control how much sugar is in Pepsi. Personally, I believe coffee is better for me then all the Pepsi.

I can weigh up to 5lbs different each day.

I started using a standing desk at work about a month ago, and that alone has already helped me to have more energy. I believe any type of movement is better than none. I have also heard 6 minutes of interval training can equal the 30 minutes of training that you mentioned. In the end, I believe it's all about what works…
