Stressing Out

I'm beginning to feel so stressed out logging my food intake each day. I look forward to the next time I can eat and then stress about what to eat. How can I relax and not feel so stressed about logging in my food intake?

    Can you plan your meals more often?
    So your not stressing out about what you should eat?
    Sometimes if I don't have alot of time to log throughout the day, I will pre-log what I will eat and if it changes I just go back and fix it.

    Yep, plan the day before. Since I batch cook, portion, freeze and log my recipes, I just choose the one portion of whatever. Zero stress.
