I used 5oz of peanuts to make peanut butter ...Would I weigh out the peanut butter and use the nutrition facts from the actual peanuts to log?
I'm currently doing LC --- have been on maintenance for 5 years .. thinking of switching to 21 day fix program - concerned about adding the carbs back in .... anyone done this or have info on it?
