on LC I lost 22 pounds the first month ... and have kept it off --- I was "bigger" so my dr wasn't shocked by the loss ...

Maybe it will make it easier if you realize that once your cut DOWN your carbs it gets easier .. I cut my carbs and by day 4 or 5 I realized i didn't even want them....

There's a girl in my gym who works out for a 10-15 min then goes and fixes her make-up and hair in the mirror .. I'm like "if i don't look like crap when I leave the gym, I didn't work out hard enough" ... ;) and she wears these short short black shorts that show her butt cheeks ... It's so frustrating .. and I'm not sure…

It's a "matrix" ... at least that's what it said on the side of the machine ..lol I'm doing 10min a day and it's so tough to get past the 6 min mark ... but I am rowing 1500 meters in that 10min ... so I am in progressing!

I do this -- 100 squats a day -- 20 random squats throughout the day ... and it has toned my thighs and butt.... and i'll take the trade on weighing a few pounds more ... :)
