I have not been able to lose any weight past 180. I do intermittent fasting, my calories are all below the calorie goal, and I work out every single day! I'm 5 foot 4 inches and 181.8 pounds. Please give advice..

Overnight weight gain?
So last night I weighed myself because I bought a new scale, I weighed 179.8! Woo! But today I woke up, emptied my bladder and stepped on the scale... A ridiculous 183.6! What.! That's a 4pound gain and reverts me back two weeks! :( so discouraged..

Anyone else micro fasting?
I just finished up my first week. So far it's been great. Starting at 10am and stopping at 6pm so I get a good 16 hours in. Any advice to motivate me?

I started it almost 2 weeks ago and I think I'm doing well with sticking to it. The problem is that I have been having a lot of trouble with the moves they do.
