Sorry everyone, here are more details. -I'm generally low carb - I don't eat past 6pm - I do weight training 3x a week and P90X3 on the other days - I drink coffee with every day - I never eat out but maybe once every couple of months - I just had a baby - I've been on this journey for almost 8 weeks

I don't eat after 6 pm, and when I weighed myself it was around 11pm, so I thought it'd be the same when I woke up.. It wasn't. I really hope you guys are right!

Thank you. I use a lot of mods. I guess I just expected to be able to do more than 3 push ups so I do them on my knees and I can do more.

See, I thought intermittent fasting was picking 2 days out of the week to do a 24 hour fast and then tthe rest of the days you maintain a normalccaloric intake. I also thought micro fasting was doing what I'm doing, only in a 12-16 hour window. I guess the Internet lies sometimes. I'm looking at the lean gains website.…

I've not tried intermittent. Isn't that just a couple times a week with a full 24 hours without food? I've just been doing the same microfasting shift every day.
