Hello all, I am 25 and have a 4 month old baby and am very ready to drop the weight but I am having trouble work motivation. Looking for inspiration and others to help out in my same situation :)

Wanting to loose weight but my muscle keeps tippin the scale
Hello, I have lost 23 pounds and want to loose another 37. I am very active and have a lot of body muscle. It seems if I exercise my jiggle goes away but the scale goes up , I can see my muscles bulge. I want to weight less but the more I exercise the heavier I get. Any thoughts?!

Boredom eating, how to stop it?
Hello, I am quite active and and can do really good on my calorie intake... Until I find myself mulling around the house. As I said I am quite active and I am outside most all day or at work, but those few hours I am inside I find myself just thinking I am hungry because I am bored. Any help?
