AAhh! My mom visited for a couple of weeks and boy did I blow it! Gotta get myself back on track with exercising and eating lighter. It's amazing how fast the weight comes back and how different you feel from it, don't you think?
Hi. I can't wait to meet my 14 lb goal loss. Plan to stay accountable by tracking food eaten and exercise, as numbers don't lie. MFP is so easy to use - I love it. Only thing I'm struggling with is going to a gym alone...feeling very anxious about it. Look forward to hearing from fellow MFPals! Kim
