Hi Everyone, Im 5'3. Used to weigh 133.5. Trying to achieve goal of 120lbs. But my weight has been fluctuating between 127.2 to 129lbs. Yesterday it was 127.2 and today its 128.2 again. Hi , I was 133.5 when i started working out in Jan 2016. Want to be 120lbs. At the moment my weight is bouncing betterment 127.5 to 129lbs. Looks like weight plateau. I'm also not being able to reduce arm fats. I'm looking for friends with whom we can motivate and help each other.
