hi guys! I've got my calories set to 1480 (with a 500cal deficit) and my macros are at C: 30, F: 30, P: 40... and I'm ALWAYS going over in carbs! this is because I like to snack on fruits and veggies. today, I was over by 23 grams by noon! Hi everyone! I've been trying to take a new approach which is IIFYM. I used to just make sure that i was eating healthily but I've decided to change things up. since I've started, I've been really low on my fats. can anyone recommend some good fats that I can incorporate into my meals? thanks in advance!
