Round 3 ... attempting again got 4 stone to lose ... stressful job and not much time to make for myself to exercise ... tried all sorts of diets ... they work for a few months then something always happens which makes me forget to care about myself so I turn to food and my duvet..
38 and recently started the gym. Lost a bit of weight through dieting bit nothing really for a while. I am about to do a clean 9 and the gym so far is going well. Any words of wisdom greatly appreciated Di x
