I have been trying to lose my gut and have lost 16lbs but have been stuck at my current weight (208lbs) for the past two weeks I exercise 3 to 4 times a week and eat under 2400 cal My daily protein is 208g carbs are under 300g
What are things I should be eating or shouldn't Any healthy recipe ideas
