why does the number on the scale keep going up??
Hey everyone I need some help. I started eating healthier (more fruits and veggies, watching portion sizes and calories) and walking about 30 min 3-4 days a week, but according to my scale I`m gaining weight!! Is this normal? If not can someone tell me what I`m doing wrong?

Relaxing on the couch watching Big Bang Theory and eating chips, and although I probably ate too many, I did not (and will not) finish the entire bag in one sitting like I use to. So yay for small successes!! :smiley:

Beginning my weight loss journey
Hey everyone! So my starting weight is 254 and my goal is to lose 30 lbs by summer so I can bring my 9 year old son to 6-flags and fit on the roller coasters and water slides with him!! I even bought a new bathing suit that is too small as inspiration! So any helpful tips and weight loss advice would be appreciated!
