I was wondering if anyone would want to make a support group, ideally we would skype weekly. I am 5ft 4in and 191lbs, I would like to have someone with a similar body type. Even if you don't have a similar body type it's ok, I'm just looking to put a group together.
So I want to be able to run atleast a mile by the end of the month but I don't want to just run what are the best exercises to incorporate into my daily exercises to help me with running.
