Maybe if your library allows drinks you can make smoothies, but if you aren't ever hungry with your current meal plan I personally wouldn't worry about it.

You should definitely read about the blerch, just google the oatmeal blearch. It really helps you relize that there is no motivation only a choice and once you make your choice nothng can stop you.
