Sooner or later gonna have to figure out how to get my fat gram percentage down to fifteen or less a day.
Counting this week only ten weeks to go till I reach my goal deadline. Time to go h.a.m.
So I did weigh myself this morning and WHAT! ! the scale said 183.2 . I'm sure it will fluctuate but I'll take it. Thanks to everyone for the positive feedback.
Went to chic-filet for dinner and went over my calorie intake and macros were way off; see what the scale says in the morning.
My goal is to lose 25 lbs and build muscle.
