Went to chic-filet for dinner and went over my calorie intake and macros were way off; see what the scale says in the morning.

Don't be hard on yourself. If there is a gain just remember its temporary. Get back on track with breakfast. You got this!!!!

Don't worry about one day- you have another 6 in a week to balance out your calories, and probably many, many more days that won't be the easiest to manage, along your journey towards achieving your goals. It happens to most of us, and just like one healthy meal/day won't make you automatically thinner, neither will one day sabotage your awesomeness and getting to the weight you want to be :) it's now out of your control, so hang in there and just do your best tomorrow! Also I wouldn't worry about weighing yourself more than once per week, at the same time...day to day, it fluctuates too much, for too many reasons (other than actual weight gain) to get hung up over.

It takes 3500 calories to put on a pound, so unless you really let loose, it shouldn't have a negative effect - may just end up maintaining this week. Just keep trucking, this wont even register in the grand scheme
