I have been training using the Elevation mask and I love it. The first week was hard..the first day was worse but I hsve bern using it ever since and I love it. I cant run with a weight vest anymore due to prior injuries. I have to protect the joints but the mask is great. I highly suggest spending the money
I spent 9 years active duty. Had surgeries and spent a year not being able to do much and then a year of just taking time to myself and adjust the best I can. Looking for motivated people to post tips and workout advice and we can motivate one another to reach our goals. Ive been hitting it hard and going strong.
