I had a friend who used a cream that helps tighten the skin and you can even use hemeroid cream. I dont recall the name but google skin tightening cream. Also start doing bulk or definition exercises that will make your abs more defined and that may help. You look great keep up the good work

Well, snacking is a good thing. I luckily don't like sweets. I just like Fried Foods. Southern lol. If you like chocolate & things of that nature eat Chocolate chips Granola bars or chocolate dipped granola bars. Find the healthy alternative that still has the chocolate. Or get the fruit covered chocolate. I mean be smart…

Dont drink Soda or beer or any alcohol for 30days drink water an Green tea or if you dont like the taste of Green Tea..go to GNC or wherever an buy green tea pills 500mg take one a day and you will lose 7lbs easily and that knocks ur weight loss goal down easily. Military diet? I was active duty for 9 years and I was in better shape prior than in...im curious of this diet. Also they always said drink a glass of DFAC(chow hall) chocolate milk for protein and recovery night before a PT test...
