Hard to stick to this on the weekend

Hi. I am trying Myfitnesspal again. I am more determined to stick to it this time. Snacking and sweets are my weakness. Trying to lose 15 pounds.

Well, snacking is a good thing. I luckily don't like sweets. I just like Fried Foods. Southern lol. If you like chocolate & things of that nature eat Chocolate chips Granola bars or chocolate dipped granola bars. Find the healthy alternative that still has the chocolate. Or get the fruit covered chocolate. I mean be smart with it and not overindulge. Weekends for me are the easiest. I know that if I am not going to be working out on Saturday & Sunday. I eat Much Much Much Healthier than normal on those days. Give yourself a cheat day(in moderation) if you like the sweets on one day sat/sun whatever you prefer eat super clean & healthy on those days but then reward yourself with the sweets you desire.. just trying to help.0
