Logging carbohydrates properly
I noticed something today that made me question the way foods are logged by myself or other users. I eat Quest bars and, for example, the Chocolate Peanut Butter has 25g of Carbohydrates (17g of fiber, 5g of Erythritol, and 3g of sugar). Since I typically eat 6 times per day, my snacks in between meals are generally nuts, tuna, greek yogurt, or a KIND bar (sometimes, not very often).
