So I haven't been working out much because of been having a lot of problems with my legs. They hurt after just being at work. So I want to get back into it, what's y'all opinions on what I can do?
Hello all! I do great all day eating right until it's bed time.... then I want cookies. I end up eating 6--10 of them. Any ideas on what I can do to stop eating them. Or something to replace them with?
