So I haven't been working out much because of been having a lot of problems with my legs. They hurt after just being at work. So I want to get back into it, what's y'all opinions on what I can do?

Going light or back off completely until the pain goes away. There are plenty of other body parts to workout. When you say pain do you mean soreness or constant pain, like pain when standing - sleeping - sitting? If you have any redness, bruising, inflammation, or swelling you should see a doctor.

What is your job? and like above what is the pain you are feeling. Soreness can be good.

If your legs hurt you probably need different shoes or you have a medical problem. I worked on my feet (12 hours some days) as a server at a full service restaurant for many years and my legs would bother me when I needed new shoes.

If you have a really active job, you probably could get by with moderate cardio exercise two or three times a week since you're already active. How about weight lifting? That will strengthen every part of you.

Check your shoes or go to the Dr to rule out medical problems. I had trouble when working all day on my feet, but some inserts really helped my back and foot pain. Then just get started on an easy workout and see what you like. Leslie Sansone, swimming, yoga, elliptical, or bike?
