Macros for BULKING
I am 5'1 and I weigh 113 pounds and my goal is 125. I'm not sure what my macros should be set as. I work out 6 days a week lifting weights and I also follow the traditional PPL split.

Cutting weight? Macros?
I'm 5'1 weighing at 107 lbs. I want to start cutting weight but I don't know how my macros should be set up as. I used the IFFYM calculator but I'm not too sure if I have been doing it correctly for cutting. Should my "goal" be to lose weight, or gain muscle. If you could give me set macros that would be great too

Continue to lose weight or start maintaining?
I'm 5'1 and my weight fluctuates between 106-110. I know, my weight is normal for my height but I do not look my weight. I feel as if I carry way too much fat in my midsection and I've been trying really hard to lose the excess belly fat. I've been doing at least 20 minutes of cardio, eating right, ect. I feel like I…
