i just heard about putting coconut butter and coffee in a blender and it is good for energy and weight lose. I was wanting to know if anybody tried it and does it work? Thanks
Question for all out there. I am having problems sticking to a deit and eating before 8:00 pm. Because my wife is never home before then. Then when she gets home she then wants to eat and it makes me hungry. I just can't get her only same page in getting health any ideas.

Hi everybody, I am trying to lose 60 pounds this year. I am also looking to start up a walking group that I know will help other also. It's one of those think when you have somebody to do the walking with helps you to stay on track. It is even nice to have people check on you when you miss your walk time.
i think I signed up awhile ago but never used it. I am here now and ready to lose weight and get healthy and I need some help with that. I am in Indiana PA and trying to find help with my weight lose journey.
