i just heard about putting coconut butter and coffee in a blender and it is good for energy and weight lose. I was wanting to know if anybody tried it and does it work? Thanks

I personally don't care for the taste and prefer to use my calories elsewhere. I drink my coffee black.

It has no magical properties. I documented my first experience in a thread. I really liked the taste, but it did not keep me full, so it would be just an additional 200+ calories that I don't need.
What you heard probably has roots in ketogenic diets (diets that are very high in fats and very low in carbs). Having such a coffee speeds up their ketosis and helps with hitting their macros. It has no magical weight loss effects.0 -
