I just started my weight-loss journey. I want to lose 28-30 pounds. Right now, I'm 5'7" & 188 lbs and I'm aiming to get my weight down to 160 lbs. After that, I want to lose an additional 10 lbs and achieve my ultimate goal of 150 lbs, a weight I want to maintain indefinitely. I'd love to be friends with you!
