Hey all! I am in need of some suggestions for workouts that can give me a full body workout but be fun and not so boring like the 30 Day Shred. Ive tried Zumba but I trip over my feet and I don't feel that I get any workout. Ideas anyone? :smile:

Hey! I just picked up some dumbbells and im just curious on some successful workouts. Im trying to focus on my "bingo arms" and every time i Google it, it doesn't help me out much..So i thought I would ask my fellow fitnesspals! So, any workouts?
