I just got some dumbbells! Not too sure on workouts though..

Hey! I just picked up some dumbbells and im just curious on some successful workouts. Im trying to focus on my "bingo arms" and every time i Google it, it doesn't help me out much..So i thought I would ask my fellow fitnesspals!

So, any workouts?

    my mom always made fun of me and says i have "bingo arms" there just flabby and jiggly.

    Go check out www.bodybuilding.com

    It's not as scary as it sounds, I promise. They have a great database of exercises to do, so you can look up some good arm ones to use the dumbbells!

    bodybuilding.com is an excellent source- you can actually search for workouts using only dumbbells on there. I bet youtube has some dumb bells workouts as well- just be careful you are watching some person that really doesn't seem like they know what they are doing haha good luck!!

    You should focus on total body workout not just your arms.
