Can you counteract water weight gain?
Had a pretty disastrous day yesterday, cheat wise. By disastrous, I mean I went over by about 550 calories (which honestly, isn't horrible, considering past "binges"), but my sodium intake was super high. Daily Deficit vs. Weekly Deficit
When I look at the calories I have left, it shows me what I've had so far for the day, etc. I've seen several posts on here talking about building up a weekly deficit rather than focusing on the daily one. Is there someplace I can look to see what my weekly deficit is or do I need to just manually calculate that?

Do you count your "exercise calories"?
So, haven't been doing this for long, but I have been inputting my exercise into MFP daily. This of course, adds calories that I can then consume.
