Easter ruined me
I have been doing so good since January 1st, I'm down 30lbs and was feeling good. Ever since Easter weekend I have been off. Eating over my calories, not exercising, just feeling back to my old self. Where did my motivation gooo? How can I get it back before I fail myself?

Losing pounds but not inches?
I've lost 22 lbs so far, and have around 70 ish more to go. BUT I'm not losing inches? I don't understand why...I have also gained muscle, I can see if and feel it where it's never been before. Anyone else have this problem? :(

Differences between heart rates?
Can someone please explain the difference between fat burn, cardio and peak heart rates?

Anyone on xenical?
Doctor prescribed it to me, even though most of my meals are already lower in fat, I don't use it as often as a "normal" person would. Just looking to see if anyone else has been prescribed it and if they had positive or negative results? Is this a waste of time and money?

1200 calorie people -- favorite meals and snacks?!
I have a hard time staying full between meals and I usually have an intake of 1600 a day. I am new to this but it seems awfully hard to find satisfying meals. What are some of your favorite/most filling meals?
