Food syncing Fitbit -> MFP?
With all the ways that MFP search has been messed up lately, I'm contemplating jumping ship... for the moment I'm logging my food in FitBit, but it doesn't seem to be coming over here at all. Anybody have any ideas? Is there a hidden setting that I'm missing?

New "Active Hours" tile
I'm loving the new hours-with-250+-steps tile that appeared in the past couple of days. Great reminder to get off my duff and move a little bit throughout the day.

Do you differentiate between fruit sugars and "added" sugars?
I frequently go over my sugar goal for the day, but the vast majority of it will be coming from fruit. Today, for example, I've consumed almost all of my allotted sugar just from a single apple, a small portion of raisins, and some almonds. How do others approach this?

I am a ... creative cook - rarely make something the same way twice, depending on what ingredients I have on hand, what's in season, etc. For example: I just made some tuna salad that included carrots, scallions, red onion, and cucumber. Any ideas about how to track on a day when you're down a pint of the red stuff? They told us that donating burns about 600 cal. Shall I may log that manually? I definitely need to eat them back.

Does setting stride length keep Flex from picking up "phantom" steps?
My flex likes to think I'm walking when I'm folding or hanging laundry. Does anybody know if setting my stride length will mitigate this problem? (I was going to do it this morning anyway but all the treadmills at the gym were occupied.)

4.5 today (helping out at The Kid's softball practice makes it easy to get a lot of steps in), for a monthly total of 103 (!!!) foot-miles.

Earth Day!!! (4/22)
2.7 today just living life... Was gonna go for a walk while The Kid was at ballet but it had turned (relatively) FRIGID and was threatening to SNOW (can you tell I am NOT amused?) so I didn't. Anyway. 77.1 total foot-miles for the month.

High-Protein, Low-Fat snacks?
I'm on a kind of eternal mission to find more "real food" (ie, not processed, not "diet" foods) snacks that have a good protein-to-fat ratio. My current go-to is somewhere between 3/4 c and 1 c of plain fat free Greek yogurt with some berries (fresh or frozen) thrown in but I'd love to hear other ideas, especially ones…

3.9 on the fitbit but I think some of that was picked up during a bike ride (which was 11 miles). Going with that number, though, I'm at 37 for the month.
