my workout tonight!
so, I did an hour of the treadmill tonight and I burned 475 calories. Usually, I burn about 250 in an hour but tonight I did increase the incline to 2.5 walking at very steady pace! any opinions why I burned so many calories? I log whatever the treadmill summary has at the end of my workout. Thanks
