Total Plateau. Please Help
So the low 240's have been holding me prisoner for 2 months and it sucks. I work out 3 - 5 times a week. I'm eating between 1300 - 1700 (with 10 bad days) and I'm drinking water like a fish. Caloric limit dropped for no reason
Today I opened my fitness pal and my daily caloric limit dropped by almost 300 calories. I haven't recorded a weight loss or adjusted my goals. Does anyone know why this would happen?
