(New vegetarian :-) any vegetarian recipes?
I want become vegetarian for the longest time. For some reason now I can't smell meats or eat meats without throwing up. I know it's not easy and it would take times to get use to it.. any suggestions how to start off, and if any vitamins I should take?

I am just curious to know if this happens to anybody. Every time I use the bicycle at the gym my knee start acting up. For some reason it's always my left knee. What should I do? Please help.
