I'm a 50+ women trying to keep motivated to lose 60 lbs . I've been at this for 25 days and have lost 10 Lbs so far .
I'm over 50+ and have changed my entire way of eating since March 21 . Exercise 4 days a week for a hour . I've lose 8 lbs but now I'm stuck . I don't want to give up I want to lose 35 more .
