There's no way I can eat 1800 calories a day! I'm real good at 1000 calories or even 800. I'm on a strict low carb diet and have lost 80 pounds. Have plateaued for the past 5 months and need to start losing again. But 1800 calories a day is too much for me! Suggestions?
Apparently, I'm not getting enough calories throughout the day. Suppose to get 1830, but I average about 1000. I'm meeting or coming in under the other goals: carbs, fat, protein, exercise, etc... Any suggestions on how to add more calories without adding more carbs and fat? Or should I just not worry about getting all…
