Help! Calorie goal setting!
I have seen people discussing TDEE and have worked out mine. For weight loss and fat burning, it was suggested to subtract 15-25% of that total to work out your daily calorie intake allowance. This is about 400 calories more than what Mfp recommended so now I'm unsure who to believe.

Hey! I'm keen to get back to exercising but mostly do fitness classes at the gym. I miss lifting weights but without guidance (used to do crossfit) I feel a bit lost. Anyone have any exercises they'd recommend?
