Hey.... I just swam around 2.25 Kms in 1.5 hrs... [took like a 5-10 minute break in between] I was wondering if I should put it down as moderate effort or vigorous effort in my exercise log for the day....
Hey I've been on here for like 10 days... guess I worked out regularly for 7 of those days :) I've got an analog scale and I really don't see the needle moving around 83 :( how long did it take you till you started to see results?
well there was time when I used to be fit.... now I've just grown fat... need to shed kilos the way mans best friend does fur.... would be great to find a few people o here who'd like to loose some too...
