im on a treadmill incline between 10 an 15% walking 3.9-4.3 mph for 70 min and I burned 875 calories!! So if u weigh 250 lbs u probably did burn that many

what should my numbers be for Carbs. Protein. Fat? I workout 5 days a week 60-75 min. After 3 months I've lost only 13 lbs. help

Been tracking for aprox 8 wks. I'm only down 13 lbs lost 7.5 inches. My question is: I put myself on 1350 cal daily. Some days hard to reach is this too much or not enough?
