I don't know which exercises I need to do to tone the flab on my arms and legs I don't want to bulk up alot but would like to gain some muscle n tone it. I hate that my thighs rub n ruins pants n my arms make me self conscious along with my belly. Plz help
I started at 311 my over all goal is 170. I'm down to 270. 100 lbs to go I know I can do it....I don't have a full body shot before I wish I did but I do have a face shot and I am doing progress pics too.....but I don't know how to post pics
