I'm not strong enough for very heavy lifting I am working my way up there. I was able to do to set of 5 of assisted dips where as last time I tried I couldn't do one set of 3

No they were it seemed bc I'm on a appetite suppressor and not able to eat more then 900 nutritional calories bc I'm not hungry and that's forcing it.

I'm not asking for a quick fix. I know it's going to take time I know I have to change my routine so my muscles don't get used to it so this way I keep building muscle n losing. I know this all I need to know is what machines to use to slim my legs and arms.

Once I get my ins straightened out I'll be going to a nutritionist. Can we not make me feel bad that I don't take in enough bc I'm not hungry please. I was asking for help in something else. I'm being followed by my dr. She is satisfied with what I'm doing.

Yes it's prescribed by my dr I go monthly for weight ins. She did a ekg to make sure that my heart could handle the medication. She put me on it because I used to eat alot. And I asked to join a weight loss clinic

Or set mini goals....I over all want to lose 141 lbs but I have set it in 50 lbs incriminate so that I don't feel overwhelmed and for reaching that goal I'm buying 2 pairs of pants bc my pants no longer fit.....9 more pounds til first 50 lbs gone and I don't care where they went bc they are not on me.
