Night shift healthy eating
I saw a post on how to fill out the eating log for night shift workers but I would love ideas on how to eat healthy working nights...some days I am awake for a long stretch, and the meal times are turned around, also a lot of times people order pizza or have other junk food around (lots of desserts too).

how do people get motivated
I am so not motivated and am forcing myself through the motions and frankly I hate this. In my mind I have to do it because I am bad and it is a punishment, and I can not enjoy the good things.
